Flash Fiction (300 words or less)

I started writing Flash Fiction as an exercise since it has to be short and to the point. (I have a tendency to complicate things and write too much.)

During my writing, a character emerged, (Jesus) Jones, and I've gotten so attached to Jones that I decided to share some of it. "Jesus" is never used as a name in the flashes, but a passenger in Jones' car cries for "Jesus" and the character has been "Jesus Jones" in my mind since then. That's also the reason why I started using quotes from the bible as titles of the flashes. Each "flash" should be able to stand alone, but reading them all gives a deeper insight into who the character is.
